5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

 

“Being around you hurts.”

I loved it! It is written very smoothly, I was drawn to reading in one sitting.
I really liked the pact two ladies made, based on description is was sure it was all made by Priscilla, but miss Frances is the real heroine all along. 

I was quite mad on Charles because of his reasons to proceed with an engagament because of the money, but I'm glad he realized what the matters most.

I recommend it, it's well paced and intriguing to read.
